No-shows or failure to provide notice will result in a permanent inability to book future appointments.
Deposits may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment if canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late Policy:
A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, a $25 late fee will be applied.
Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in automatic cancellation of the appointment, subject to the full cancellation policy.
Repeated late arrivals may lead to restricted booking privileges.
